Has anyone heard from Carine and David from Les Balcons?

I have not heard from David and Carine yet. I am an owner of one of the condos at Les Balcons. I did watch the video of the Marine Helicoper surveying the damage and at about the 3 minute mark, it shows Les Balcons and appears to me that the roofs of the condos survived the storm intact. I will post more when I know more.

I thought the same thing when I saw the video. I do know they go to France in the fall so I am wondering if they are even on the island. Just praying they excaped unharmed. We would appreciate an update when you here anything.

Yes,they are on the island. Received an email from Carine on Monday. Sent one after the storm, but who knows when they will receive it and be able to reply. Just praying they are ok.

Has anyone heard if David and Carine are safe?

I received a message from their son Thibault this morning.

Hello, mom and dad are ok, oyster pond peoples are helping each other to fight this, les balcons and our house are still standing.

So thankful to hear something positive amidst all the bad reports
