Convoy of Hope was the only relief organization on the ground before the hurricane struck they have a 4-star rating and they work through local churches and nonprofit organization I just spoke to them and you can designate that your funds go toward the BVI. The Red Cross Spends a high amount on admin costs.

I can second Convoy of Hope. They partner with our church <a href="life.church" target="_blank">here</a> with a fund called relief and restoration. Not sure if you can designate to BVI, but I will try to find out. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />

Here is another, that already has boats on the way from PR and is going to bringing stuff in. Casey said they'd use the funds immediately to buy necessary items that aren't being donated.
