Spoke with my friend Patrick, owner of Affordable Car Rentals. During most hurricanes he moves cars to high ground so he saved most of his cars. I believe that most other agencies have done the same. I have been trying to call him for two days, they have no power, radio stations , water or internet service. His house is ok in Hope Estates. Finding drinking water is his first concern. He says that you can drive around the island to some extent. He would like to start cleaning up but he needs running water to start the process.
