I am so sad for the animals on Island that have no homes... Good grief. I have had kittens and puppys come up to our property, and poor little things starving. I have fed them housed a few, some left some died, but died happy staying with us.. One dog came up last winter, he would not leave. I fell in love with him. He was scared of everyone, it took a week for me to get near him. I named him boogi. boogi came around and finally felt love. He was definatly abused. boogi had to be put down 6 months later, but he finally felt love in the end. Oh my, so many creatures...My heart pains... Ok I have a lump in my throat, and promised I would not vent. guess that did not last long sorry

They also accept donations, as they help all homeless animals and feed them...often at their own expense.

They can care for them, round them up, feed them on-site, etc. And perhaps get them adopted to Forever Homes if they are healthy enough.

I brought home the most beautiful kitten last year. He's now my BIG cat! lol

It is very sad, I think of all of the animals as well. It is a terrible and painful feeling to think of them, and I have hope and love for all. Vent away and best of luck to everyone and every thing.
