Would be interested in mango recipes in general, as I got 4 mangos for $1 at the grocery store yesterday and they are RIPE.

Carol, cut one up, throw it in a blender with a little ice and some dark rum.
I get those at Driftwood bar and they are Sooooooo refreshing!

I'm not crazy about frozen drinks, but can try it. Any other recipes?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Smile.gif" alt="" /> I make a mango salsa, but looking for something else.
