Looks like a new owner of the Lambert Beach Resort, opening in Oct? Never been to LB, how is the beach there?

Beautiful beach but very dangerous in any sort of north swell. Serious rip currents even is settled weather.
OTOH, both Lambert and Josiah's have near perfect drip castle sand. High granite content so it sticks togther better than the shell sand on Brewers, CGB and Smugglers.
Just don't go in the water.

It is going to be a Wyndham Resort, due to open 10/15. I think their opening date is going to be tough to meet due to the status of construction, but I am sure part of it will open.
