Good morning everyone. I have a favor to ask even though I know it's a long shot. We were in anegada yesterday and one our little girls bought a hat with her own money at Big Bamboo. We ended up at Cow Wreck at the end of the day and the hat got left behind at Cow Wreck. We were on the 5 o'clock ferry and couldn't go back for it. I know it is unlikely but if anyone is heading up to Anegada and going to Cow Wreck, could you ask if it was found. I will reimburse the cost to have it sent to New Jersey and it doesn't matter if it's weeks from now..Thanks in advance if you're willing to help.

That's no fun. Tell her not to feel too badly... I left my cell phone in a Minneapolis Uber yesterday on the way to the airport. Fortunately the driver is shipping it to me (for a very big tip).

Someone named Ruth Ross also replied that she will be at Cow Wreck tomorrow and can bring the hat to Tortola. She said to call her at 547-1626.

From FB Community board: "A hat was found out there. Please contact Mrs . Creque at Cow Wreck Beach with a description in order to ensure it's the same one you are looking for. (284) 547-7886"

Just spoke with Bell's granddaughter and the hat has been found. I just have to figure out how to get it Virgin Gorda by Saturday morning or St. Thomas by Sunday morning. Thank you everyone especially Jason for posting on FB.

I would call Ruth (number above) who said she would be there tomorrow. Most likely, she is taking the ferry and it will stop in VG on the way back in the afternoon. You could just meet the boat on the dock and grab the hat.
Cheers,

Thank you everyone. I called Ruth and she is going to get it. Such generosity here in the BVIs and on TTOL.
