You will get a wide range of responses. We like Conch Charters but there are several good ones out there.

We used Moorings our first and second trip and then ended up buying a Moorings boat, so we have used them ever since. We've always been happy with the boats and having been to many boat shows and seen other boats, really like the layout of the leopard cats. And they seem to just keep getting better. The forward cockpit in their cats is awesome as well as the newer layout with a forward galley.

Depends on what your want. If it's good on-site restaurants and a pool, a huge fleet of boats, decades of very consistent service and walking distance to Riteway and the Family Food Bakery, The Moorings is your choice, as it was ours multiple times over 25 years. However, that all comes at a cost. If you can live without the near- or on-site amenities, you can save a lot of money elsewhere and still get a good boat and great service, as we did recently with Dream Yacht Charters out of the Hodges Creek Marina. (But our crew did miss FFB's fresh croissants for that 1st morning breakfast! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />)

Do not use The Catamaran Company!!! We chartered a boat complete with captain and chef and when we had major problems with each of them TCC said "not their problem" that they weren't TCC employees. Even though TCC supplied them.

I have used several companies over the years. Voyage is my vote. In addition to great boats, the West End location is an awesome starting point, the grocery and shops are nice. Pusser's restaurant is there and at $5, D Best Cup Coffee has the best breakfast bargain sandwich on the island. All in all, it's a great way to start your vacation.

We have used Footloose, Sunsail, Moorings and TMM. Last 2 charters were with TMM. Footloose, Sunsail and Moorings are different tier boats. All share the same marina amenities, pool, restaurant, coffee shop, volleyball court etc, which were great and we never had a bad experience with any of them. We had small issues with some of those boats and their chase boat responded in a timely fashion, no complaints! TMM doesn't have the same amenities as those guys, but we don't necessarily need all that stuff. What TMM has provided is a well organized, very efficient, very friendly operation. We've had their chase team respond too, and a great response it was. They have treated us like we have been chartering there for 20 years and Joyce bringing us Flowers and coffee in the morning may have sold us on them! Lots of good choices out there, but I'm a big fan of TMM.

BVI Yacht charters has some great cats. Wonderful people to work with in the office and on the dock. We have used them for our last 7 charters and will continue to.
Rita It is better to be happy than it is to be right

Beerman, of course your series of recent trip was fantastic!
Perhaps you could compare boats? Differences between the French Lagoons and the SA Leopards. I much prefer the Leopards and have been happy with them, but we'd all appreciate you insight.
