It was listed at $30/night for mid August but is now $55/night for the same dates.

No, it's not in a tourist area and there is no ocean view nor a pool. However, if I'm going to do a second trip this year, I need to do it on the cheap and this fits the bill for someplace to sleep. I'll decide this weekend whether or not to pull the plug. Still $30 for my dates.

The apartment is listed on several booking sights and appears to have all positive reviews! Good find for an affordable return trip.
