Only free if you are an owner or with Diamond points. Other wise it is included in the $10.00 a day resort fee for non owners and non Diamond points members. I'm surprised it was slow at RP as it was very fast at the Flamingo. When was the last time you used RP's wifi?

No, only NOT free, if you're renting RP as a hotel.. If you are using someone's timeshare week, it's free. JD and crew used it in March 2017.

Correct. As the week is still in the RP timeshare owners name and you are renting it directly from the that owner it is free with no resort fee. Renters, RCI and II timeshare trades have to pay the daily fee.

They just upgraded the system during our stay (June 15-20) and it was working pretty well.
