Travel:
- Hartford to Miami to St Maarten: no problems and on time
-St Maarten to San Juan to Hartford: AA somehow screwed up our flights. We were not showing up as having a flight home(which was ok with me, LOL). The wonderful AA staff at the airport spent and hour fixing everything. No problems after that.

Car rental:
-Kennys car rental: Leslie is absolutely wonderful!!!! Car was perfect. Thank you Leslie..see you next year in July!

NOTE: This is our 19th year to the Island. We stay at the Towers at Mullet Bay for 2 weeks. I love the Towers and the Staff. The weather for the first week was wonderful as usual. As for the second week we had many days of rain. But that didn’t stop us from going to the beach or shopping. Being in St Maarten when its raining is still better than being in CT..LOL!!!

Crime: Did not see any. Heard of a few things that happened to others, but we had no problems what so ever!

Breakfast:
-made breakfast in the room most of the time.
-Bagel house: Absolutely wonderful!
-French pastry shop next to Jakes Laundry in Simpson bay. Love the chocolate chip croissants!
-Bonita contina: was ok

Lunch:
-picked up French bread, gouda cheese, ham and made sandwiches many days.
-Kontiki beach: Love the paninis and the salads not to mention the awesome staff!
-Bikini beach: food was good
-Talk of the Town: food was ok. Probably won’t go back

Dinner:
-Pineapple Petes: went with a very large group. Food was not as good as usual, probably just an off evening. Service was very good, ziggy came over and sang to the kids..lol!
-La Gondola: Love the food, this is a place we have been going to since Davide opened it. WONDERFUL Service is wonderful. Davide has to be one of the nicest people!!!
-Sopranos Rest: Service was perfect- food was absolutely fantastic. Nino our server is absolutely wonderful!
-Granduca: Service was great -Food was very good
-Paris bistro: TERRIBLE .-didn’t even finish our dinners
-Peg Leg: I have to say that this is still one of my favorite places. Love the food and the service!
-Izi: Service was great -Food was great. Nice setting
-Ranchos: Service was great -Food was great
-Sunset bar & Grill: great place but many of us did not like the hamburgers-very over cooked
- Pizza place behind cheris: Service was good -Food was good
-Bajatzu: The service was great – food was absolutely wonderful

Beaches:
-Mullet Bay, Kontiki, Bikini
