Heading to Anguilla for a day during this trip by ferry from Marigot. What day is best and what should we not miss?

We used to enjoy our daytrips to Shoal Bay and Gwen's where on Sundays they have a pick-up band that gets the place jumping. But I understand there are other places that have become more trendy and in vogue these days. Whatever you do, don't miss that last ferry back.......
Don't forget lots of cash and your actual passports - copies won't do.
A little sight-seeing and then lunch, but basically 'what to do' is more of the same as on SXM but with suits on!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

I would go any day but Sunday. Hire a taxi (available at the ferry terminal), take a mini tour, see some resorts and then go to a beach with a pre-arranged pickup time. I prefer Shoal Bay but all of the beaches are nice.

Shoal Bay is great with a few places to eat and drink; we like Eloadia's. The Sun Shine Shack on Rendezvous Bay is really cool and is near Dune Preserve.
