Guarantees / Warranties you get in SXM are usually not the same as in the US and may not even be honored in the US. Warranty protection laws are strong in the US. I buy my electronics on Amazon...

Have to agree!!! Being international, if something goes wrong, You will probably be stuck. Those items should be purchased in the USA.

...And usually the only thing you're saving is the tax. If it is a LOT cheaper, that's probably a bad thing anyway as it means it's a fake..
