After reading this post on Friday (6-9) I was shocked to hear the story on a local Boston news radio station (WBZ)on Saturday. They omitted the portion about the "hands off" policy as they are a highly respected station. They indicated that the attorney general of the state will review the situation and provide a ruling.
That same weekend that the story came out, the OC city council had a emergency meeting to make going topless illegal.
Well my son spent the weekend in Ocean City MD. It was very crowded and he said he did not see any topless women (much to his dismay). I think that's probably why he went there. LOL They may have ruled it illegal at that mtg.
