They have a boat? I thought they just hung out at Jost and CGB. All kidding aside, hundreds of days on the water never saw fishing police.

That brings up an interesting question. At which boundry does the BVI enforce their draconian fishing rules. Is it the Teratorial Waters (12NM), the Contiguous Zone (24NM), or the Exclusive Ecomomic Zone (200NM). In other words, when approaching the BVI from say, Bermuda or St. Martin, when should you put the fishing gear away?
