We love Orient Beach but have heard there are two other nude beaches on the island. Is that true? Are they mainly male? My husband and I plan on spending a week there this summer and would like to get around to the others if they are worth it. Thanks for the help!

happy Bay is nice if you come on a Paul's boat trip....but Club O has gravity pull we rarely overcome.

There's Copecoy and Happy Bay, I don't know the current status of Copecoy when we were there, there wasn't much beach so we didn't stay, Happy Bay I walked over from Friars Bay, it was very nice and not many people there, if you prefer less people this is the place. We like Orient the best, with all the friendly people and all the beach bars, it's much entertaining for us.

Agree that Club O is the best. The atmosphere there is just something you have to experience. It has "everything you need, and nothing that you don't".

Club O is the best, for sure. However, the original poster asked about other nude beaches. Cupecoy gets a fair amount of nude use, and as someone said, the sand comes and goes there. Happy Bay does not have car access. You have to walk in from either Friar's or from Grand Case or take a cat trip that stops there. Neither place has any restroom facilities and there may or may not be guys set up there on either beach, selling food and drink. So you should plan on taking at least some drinks with you. As far as 'mainly male', nude beaches on SXM aren't like that. Cupecoy has the reputation, sometimes earned, sometimes not, of being the 'gay' beach, but there is generally always a mix of sexes there, as well as at Happy Bay. Do NOT go to Happy Bay on Sunday expecting to be nude, as there will usually be a reasonable amount of local families on the beach on Sundays, and they do not appreciate nudity.

Very little beach at Cupecoy's main beach. Lots of rocks too. Another C/O area is the west end of Baie Rouge. Very low key and quiet. Mostly couples. Cane eat at Chez Raymond's or picnic our own lunch. Beach boys are very accommodating to rent chairs on the west end.

Went to Cupecoy today and the beach was great.
