Thunder and lightning all night and now lightning with sideways rain. Never heard thunder that loud and frequent before. The hard sideways rain is starting to seep through the wall and we are on the forth floor.
At one point the thunder was coming less that one second after the lightning. Must had been right on top of us.

If you can trust the weatherman it's supposed to clear off by 11:00am. Still lightning and thunder but some clearing showing.

If they are as accurate as the forecasters/meteorologists, here, I would not believe a thing they predict. 80% chance of rain yesterday and it was nice and sunny all day. A brief passing shower late evening and that was it.

We arrive Thursday,can't wait..... Is there still alot of standing water on the roads? Any damage?

Weather looks nice today. It dries up pretty fast once the sun is shining.
