That's what I was thinking!! It would seem also that one should be able to do them in the oven somehow, as opposed to having to cook on the grill.

Since we live in Oregon and we're fair weather BBQ'ers... I see us trying this in the oven well before we ever try it on the grill. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

First off, thanks for the link to the recipe. You can speed up the process by cooking indirect at a higher speed. I've been able to get these down to about 90 minutes total cooking time without sacrificing the smoke from the grill.

And I also happen to live in the Pacific NorthWet and don't let that stop me from cooking them outdoors. They just wouldn't be the same in an oven... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Someone forgets what iland time is all about.........what's the hurry????.... Just more time to enjoy the grog.....just saying......love the receipe......about the same way I cook dove breasts.....just got back from a week on the Miss Red Thursday night......another great trip driving on wrong side of the road.....bumped into old Foxy over at Sopers....recommend Eric Stone up at Marina Cay for happy hour.....
