Wanted to give a shout out and good wishes to Guillaume in Place du Village with his new restaurant La Rhumerie, I believe he'll be set to reopen the old Tai Chi some time mid to end of June. The theme is Creole and it promises to be a great addition to that area. Good luck Guillaume . Also wanted to mention a newly tried restaurant this visit....Al Dente. We had a great dinner there...bruschetta and veal dishes that were terrific and moderately priced. We've passed this place a hundred times but went this year upon recommendation of a friend who lives in Sxm. For us it will be a keeper along with our faves in Grand Case.
