Monday of a brand new week in Paradise.

A quiet Moday morning followed by a trip to Orient and Baywatch where we found Andy and Cheryl back hard at work after a week of moving to a new house. Baywatch has to be one of the only restaurants where the list of specials is longer than the regular menu! Gretchen had a Garlic Scallop Caesar. The Scallops were great but the Caesar dressing they uses was a little stgronger than Gretchen likes. I had a Fisherman's Platter with batter fried Grouper, Scallops and Shrimp. This was one of the best batter fried fish plates I have experienced with a nice crisp batter and moist tasty fish. We had a nice visit with Andy and Cheryl though they were quite busy with regulars who were glad to see them back after their week off.

Then to the beach and back to our Condo for a shower.

Gretchen stayed in and relaxed while I went to the Atlantis Casino to make a deposit and pick up Pizza at the new Pizzaria there to bring back to the Conco. The Pizzas were good but no better than the pizzas at Hot Tomatoes last week. We had a Ham and Artichoke and a Vegetarian. Each was $10. There is only one size pizza which is about a 12" pizza. They are a thin crust pizza. Each one made about two meals for us. They do not accept credit cards...cash only. The Pizzaria also has some other Italian dishes like Chicken and Veal Parmigianna, though we did not try those.
