Charlie, I will start saving $100 a month also. Maybe we can buy a room at a time. My first room would be the workout room, I like the "H" on the floor, it matches my last name. Maybe we all buy a room and it's a done deal. Darn those real estate taxes though.

I personally think the décor is hideous and I wouldn't be interested in the place because of that, if nothing else. Regardless, will end this one here before it goes places it shouldn't.
