Was strolling through Phillipsburg today and ventured down "Old Street" (the side street with the old yellow car with flat tires). In the middle of the street, on the left from Front street, we stopped in a shop looking for some kids tee shirts. Every thing in the store looked like a mini Rina. All the clothing was marked with "Rima" tags. We asked and they said that they were the new Rima retail store. They still will sale wholesale to vendors, but are now using the other building mainly as storage. The new shop has a lot of "stuff" on display and is a small version of the old store. Prices are still about the same as street vendors but a real store front. Very crowded, with variety of items.

Do you know who manages / owns it (name)? If the family were reopening,I'd expect a BIG store.

I believe the OP is referring to the store named Kenny's on Old Street. Coming from Front Street the store is on the left side on Old Street. I have been there twice in the last year and they do indeed say they are Rima's. Much smaller store but all the same stuff I looked forward to seeing in Rima's. I'll be back in 24 days!! Can't wait!

Yes KarenandRick, I think we are talking about the same store. Only talked to cashier so did not get an owners name and did not see a store name , but could have been covered by all the cloths hanging outside.
