Was last there in December- has all the road work on the side streets been completed. The traffic to get past Marigot was consistently horrible. Just wondering and hoping it has improved.

We went through Marigot at least twice in both directions on our most recent trip and didn't encounter any road construction. Timing has a lot to do with the traffic and on one of our trips we got snagged in heavy traffic, not realizing it was almost lunchtime and the time of day when schools were getting out and parents were picking up kids. The other trips were early in the morning with a return in the later part of the afternoon and we encountered no traffic at all.

Yup, as Pat said, just remove 1145a-1230p from you Marigot travel times and it will be fine.
Not sure when they get out of school for the day but it should be a repeat of the noon thing.

We have hit lots of traffic in the morning hours. So I would say from 9am to 12am avoid... People rushing to work in the morning and after that? whatever.
