Made this earlier today. Delicious! http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Roasted-Red-Pepper-and-Potato-Soup/Detail.aspxI used skim milk, not the 1/2 and 1/2 and cut down on the butter. Got the boat motor out and whizzed it around to get a nice bisque and then added some Sriracha to give it kick. Had some for lunch and now I have four servings in the freezer and I'll vacuum pack those tomorrow.
