Good afternoon. I went back one year (searching on here can be a pain) but could not find much info about past experiences with Festiva. Anyone here have a first hand account? Thank you.

Kenneth

Hey Kenneth, We did a trip with them 10 or so years ago to see if we would really like this sailing thing. We had a great South African captain and his wife was a great cook. The boat was well taken care of and they would let you help as much as you wanted. They put us with 2 other couples. We really enjoyed spending time with one of them. The other couple was more introverted. I guess that just happens when there are 3 couples.

The deal Festiva is offering currently is pretty amazing. We will be in a lagoon 450 which I'd say is plenty of room. I guess a lot of people on here don't use them just because you don't know who your other crew mates will be. The sailing is August 26-September 2. Which is hurricane season of course.

Wolf, did you get my private message?

Kenneth
