We have narrowed it down to Mary boon, flamingo or Simpson bay resort for pre charter. We are chartering through dreams
Post charter we would like to try another part of the island ideas? Also which of the above would you pick for pre charter? Or are there others better. We don't want to spend a ton of money but want it on the. Each and close to a few boats or restaurants. We are going mid aug and there are 5 of us for pre and post charter. We stay one night on the. Pat before sailing out. Thank you so much for any ideas. It's my first time in st martin

I found your post confusing. Are you chartering a boat? You mention Dreams. Are you referring to the restaurant in Nettle Bay called Dreams?
Are you looking to stay on Dutch side before/after and/or on French side for the other rental?
What age group are you? That may determine where to stay. Lots of nightlife in Simpson Bay and Maho areas. Quiet fishing village like areas on French side.

The post is a bit confusing. Not sure if the OP was using a voice method to type. They have posted a couple of other questions about their yacht charter through Dream Yacht Charters.
Anyway, basically the OP is just asking which hotel they should pick before their bareboat charter--Mary's Boon, Simpson Bay Resort or Flamingo. You said that you have 5 people. How many rooms do you need? Some places have two bedroom units.
