Made this earlier today. Delicious!

I used skim milk, not the 1/2 and 1/2 and cut down on the butter. Got the boat motor out and whizzed it around to get a nice bisque and then added some Sriracha to give it kick. Had some for lunch and now I have four servings in the freezer and I'll vacuum pack those tomorrow.

sriracha is a very wellknown thai hot sauce. you've probably seen it at some point before and maybe not known its name. here's a link with images.
