Starting to plain out our meals for our upcoming trip in May..30 days!!! I was planning on making breakfast casseroles and asked our charter co if there is a casserole type dish on the boat and it sounds like there is not. I have an old metal one I can bring and leave but was thinking a few foil..lasagne like pans would work. I have checked RW website and do not see them listed. Wondering if anyone has noticed them there or what others have done. Thanks...and warning...this may be the first of many goofy questions. First time doing this part of the planning for me Hopefully my questions will help other newbie planners one day <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Couldn't take up much space or weight in a suitcase. Just put them between your clothes/etc., or in your cooler, if you're bringing one. Bring them along from home!

See multiple posts about Polar Bear coolers (24can size). Vac pack meats. Placing plan in freezer and making sure vac packed foods fit into pan when frozen will allow you to carry pan in cooler without wasting space.

I still would bring them from home if he thinks them absolutely necessary, so he is sure to get the exact right size he wants. Can pack to use almost no space.

Not sure who you are chartering with but the Riteway Harbour Market in Soper's Hole definitely has them.

When I went last year I got a Polar Bear cooler, froze the meats, pre chilled the cooler, and put in the cheeses on top of the frozen meats. They were still frozen when we got to St Thomas 7 hours later. Turns out most of the beef and cheeses were available at Riteway, but they wouldn't have been as nice as I can get in the states. I vacumsealed a whole tenderloin that I cut up into steaks so that was very nice to have on the trip.
Just some advice, when you get off the ferry, make sure they put your cooler on shore. When we got off they tried to hide it on the ferry while we were in line. I was observant and went back onto the ferry where I found it pushed to the side and noticed that someone had opened it. I got it and carried it off.

Riteway always has a very good selection of foil pans.

Won't be here May 23. We are going to the states for a few weeks, leaving Anegada May 7, back May 25.

They have heavy cream (which you use to make real whipped cream), Reddi-Wip (aerosol), and Kool Whip.
