We check out of our Airbnb tomorrow at 11am. We're taking a taxi to TMM to drop our bags & gear and then have about 3 hours till we meet our group there. Any suggestions on what to do to occupy our time? Is there a waterfront place to have a long lunch/drinks?

We like to have lunch at Village Cay Marina. Right on the water, food is good, wifi is free. Short walk to the Supra Value, 5&10 store, and pharmacy. The Tortola Pier Park is close to there also.
It is about 1.5 miles from where you are dropping your gear.
We arrive in Tortola tomorrow before heading over to the East End of Jost. Woot Woot!

BTW..nice to see you at the Mill last night..hope you enjoyed it! For us it always " Capriccio" for, IMHO, best pastas and pizzas on Tortola.

If you are going to be dropping bags at TMM I would have a long lunch at Sharkeys - they are open 12-3 on weekdays. Its right next to TMM in the BVI Yacht Club building and they have a fabulous view right over the SFD channel. Great pizza too! Enjoy!

Mal, great to meet you last night. Dinner was delicious! Is Capriccio on the water? ski2play - Village Cay Marina sounds like a good spot. We've eaten at Sharkeys before and will be eating there tomorrow night for dinner once all of our group arrives.

Capriccio is across Waterfront Drive from the water but has a great view and great food! Can't go wrong...

Village Cay. You can hang at the bar, have lunch (unremarkable but decent salads) and relax on a beach chair ($5) and have a dip in the ocean. If you decide to go for a swim, walk all the way down the beach (facing the ocean) where the shells and pebbles are less painful on the feet!!

Did you mis-type?

I second Sharky's. Literally 20 feet from TMM. Good food and drink. Great view and a nice breeze to cool you down. http://sharkysbvi.com/about/
