We used Shop and Drop for the first time this year and were very pleased with the service. The webpage is one of the best I've ever ordered from. Everything was delivered as promised and stocked in the refrigerator/freezer as appropriate. Only one little mishap. We ordered smoked salmon and got salmon. No problem, money refunded and a waitress made very happy to have free fish. Do not worry about S n D, they are the real thing!

Jeannie is amazing and very dedicated to doing the right thing for her customers. We have used her our last several trips. One year she went out of her way to help us get a "wedding" cake for a vow renewal ceremony for my niece. Love her!!

After a long day of travel, there's nothing better than getting to your room and finding your frig stocked with your favorites. Jeannie does an incredible job.

Have used shop n drop in the past and will be using the service again in one short week. Looking forward to it.

I can't say enough good things about Jeanie and her service.
Have used her for years and will do so when we return this
summer. She was "top notch" when my husband passed away last
summer in SXM. Bringing 1st great grandbaby with me, so will
be needing baby stuff as well. Can't wait to see her again.

You can count on Jeannie to provide excellent, reliable service at a reasonable price. All products we have purchased from her were fresh and excellent quality. If you look on her site, but don't see something you want, she can usually get it for you if she has a little forewarning.

We started using Jeannie and her service almost as soon as she started it and we've used it every trip since, often a couple of trips a year.

I realize it's not for everyone but for those of us who want that cold drink (or in our case, that cold dish of rhum raisin....) or those of us who absolutely hate to shop anywhere for anything, she is a Godsend.

I for one (and apparently one of many...) am not one bit surprised that you were pleased with having used her.

We have also found her service to be wonderful. You pay for the convenience but it is a luxury that we have gladly paid for.

We are also big fans of the service. And not just because our groceries are delivered, but the ease of ordering, the follow up and the personal attention given by Jeannie. This is far more than just a webpage for ordering food. This is really a service with an attention to detail that goes above and beyond. Thank you Jeannie!

As you all know My team and I work very hard and sometimes it is exhausting as this is a very labour intensive job. It has been 7 years going on 8 since I started this right here on TTOL.

But I am so glad that all of you feel the service level has not gone down as my business has slowly reached to what it is today. I was always afraid as business grows the service will get harder and harder to provide the personal touch but this is what is most important to me and I am gald that we are continuing to meet all your needs.

Thank you again and I appreciate not only your comments but also the great friendships and loyal customers I have acquired over the years...

Most importantly this is the first business I have ever owned or started in my entire life and it has been the most rewarding learning experience not just about running a business but life as well...

I agree with every post commending Jeannie's wonderful service. I believe I was one of the first to use this shopping service. And will continue to do so.
