Tuesday morning started out with some lightly scattered showers, but by mid-morning the sun came out and was a great day. That night we went to Harmony Nights. The street crowd was not as large as usual and the parade seemed a bit smaller also, the restaurants all looked to be quite busy. There was some rain around 9:00. We went to L’Auberge Gourmande for dinner, it was excellent. Wednesday was pretty much a prefect day. We opted to stay in tonight. So we went down to Gizmo’s for a few drinks and apps. Order some food for takeout and ate on our porch with a nice bottle of Brouilly. As we walked out of unit to Gizmo’s , I looked over towards town and thought I saw a huge storm cloud. Wrong, the dump was on fire again and smoke plume was unbelievable. It was still smoldering this morning, when I went out from a run at 6:00am.

Thanks for the continuing report! Sometimes the simplest meals are some of the best, just enjoying the moment with your loved ones!
Someone else mentioned that the crowd seemed light for Harmony Nights--or maybe it was you?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Blush.gif" alt="" /> Anyway, glad the restaurants were busy though.
Updated story in the Daily Herald online says the dump fire is out (for now, anyway)..
