Five of us will be down there for the week of April 29 - May 6 on a Moorings 433 PC. If we leave the docks in Road Town by noon on Saturday, the 29th, where would be a good first night's stay? And, second question, where will there be live bands playing during the week we're there?

Power Cat pretty much leaves you wide open for first night options. Lots of live music to be had at Cane Garden Bay most weeks. I might head over to Cooper Island for your first night and then make your way up to Leverick Bay for the Michael Beans show -- he will be in his last week of performances (I believe he finishes the 3rd? someone here will know for sure) and if you haven't been to his Happy Arrrrrrrrr....you really should!

Thanks, Bridget. We're thinking about heading on over to Jost Van Dyke for our first night, Saturday, and then to Norman Island on Sunday. Monday we'll head up to Leverick Bay in time for the Michael Beans show, then Tuesday morning we'll taxi to the Baths and then spend Tuesday night at Saba Rock. Wednesday we'll head out early for Anegada, Thursday at Cane Garden Bay and Friday, our last night, at Cooper. We'll be eating dinner out most nights and stopping along the way for snorkeling. How does this itinerary sound to you?

I might do Norman first on Saturday (maybe snorkel the Caves?) and then do Jost on Sunday -- you've got a better chance of White Bay not being a complete zoo on a Sunday (although good luck with that anyway these days...) You could get an early start on Sunday for Jost and snorkel the Indians on your way out of Norman.

Probably easier to power your way to Leverick from JVD - you can stop and hit the Dogs along your way for another good snorkel.

That's the only thing I might switch

Hi,

Limin Times can be a good source of entertainment info. You can pick up a hard copy at many BVI venues.
