I made this on the 4th of July... topped the hot Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream... it was a huge hit!

By the way, I quadrupled the recipe.

Grilled Peaches

Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons brandy, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Split in half and remove pit of 3 ripe medium peaches

Put everything in a Zip Lock bag. Let it set for 30 minutes.

Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill for six minutes. Flip them, pour the rest of the marinade on them and cook for another six minutes.

You are done!

We did these last night with vanilla ice cream, everyone enjoyed it and so simple to make , nice way to end the day on the deck with friends ........thanks for sharing
