These photos are from Orient Bay Beach.

Les Hauts d’Orient Bay

When you turn off of the main road heading to the butterfly farm there is a vacant field to the left, which is now being developed. It seems to have started several years ago and hasn’t really gone anywhere. However, this year there is a sign up and there does appear to be work going on.

O’Last - Our “go to” spot on the beach this year. It’s the first of the new buildings after Pedro’s. I liked the fun, whimsical art work and colours.

Someone got creative with the rocks.

The most colourful bathroom I’ve ever been in.

Nice pictures! That new development is certainly slow to get going. It started over two years ago and not much has been done. Perhaps they were waiting for the permits to begin serious construction.

That development looked to be in exactly the same shape in June of last year, so I'm thinking perhaps it's a money problem.

What's the menu at O Last? I'm still hoping for some food pictures from you! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Smile.gif" alt="" />

Didn't check out the menu as I always stuff my own baguettes for the beach; hubby and I aren't big lunch eaters. The food I saw other people eating looked good <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Thumbsup.gif" alt="" />

Will post some pictures of Maho next since it's being discussed, then I'll work at the food ones for the foodies <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/dine.gif" alt="" />
