Last word was the end of March he had to be out but it has been quiet of late. Possibly moving to another location, who knows?

It's being appealled again. This time by judge(s) from Curaco I think. I'm surprised that there isn't any mention of it in the DH.

I really don't know but one thing that could be an issue is the expansion. If one remembers what Lee's started out as, it has greatly expanded. One could question as to if this was done legally based upon ownership of the land, the lease of the land and the amount of land in question.
