The only problems we experienced a few weeks ago were that the laundry room was in a shambles (only 2 working washing machines and one working dryer - but who wants to do laundry on vacation?) and that the beach was pretty littered with nails and debris from them replacing the palapa palm fronds. The property seemed to have gone downhill in the last couple years but it is still a good spot for the money.
