Any experience flying Westjet from Toronto direct to SXM? Looking for review of airline, seat comfort, etc. We usually fly Buffalo connecting through NY or Charlotte via Delta or US Airways. We are 90 min drive to Toronto.

Don't know westjet, but did make long drive to Toronto for cheap flights. Parking and airport were easy and great.

We have used them 3 or 4 times over the past year from Toronto to St Maarten and have been satisfied with them each time. No major delays of lost luggage. Nice aircraft, 737-700 and 737-800. Many are equipped their Connect system so you will need an ipad or tablet to watch the inflight entertainment. Down load the app before you go to the airport. Using the again on the 19th.

Ever since Westjet started flying YYZ to SXM, we have flown them exclusively. Have always been satisfied with their schedules, flights, and customer service. Highly recommend them for travel to the Caribbean.

We have flown Buf to Sxm twice a year for the last 10+ years....tried (west jet)direct YYZ to SXM in November. Even though we hate the Toronto Airport our trip was flawless with no long stop overs. Flying it again in March.

West Jet is seamless flying out of YYZ. Get an internet coupon for the Valet Park and Fly. We leave Febuary and parking is $160 for 22 days.

Another parking option is to stay overnight at an airport hotel -several have stay and park options with a shuttle to the airport. Depends on how far your drive is.

We use SkyPark and it is under $100 for one month. We have used them many times. Never a long wait for the shuttle and almost always we are the only passengers. We use their valet service which is the same as the regular service.

We flew with WestJet last year we will again in March in the past we had used American and US air
WestJet was by far the best American air lost and ruined all 4 of our bags before we got home we also missed our connection twice
US air was Ok

We always fly westjet. Give yourself time though. We flew Sunday very busy day. We were there at 7:50 for 10:15 flight & had 1/2 hr to spare before boarding. More automation than last year & people can't follow the onscreen instructions very fast. But the people & service are topnotch!
