At the beginning of the video, there were three Ramora riding on/with the turtle. Is that what you are referring to?

No. it was the 4th picture session after the turtle what looked like a snake. Nasty. LOL

Around the 38 second mark is the second octopus we saw that dive on the rhode. Is that it?

At the 28 second mark is a stingray mostly buried in sand with the tail clearly visible.
