Anybody know if Shop N Drop Groceries is still in business? Haven't seen any reviews or comments about this business for quite awhile.

Certainly they are. I'm certain that Jeannie has been mentioned lately, but perhaps people just referred to her as "Jeannie" and not Shop N Drop, so you didn't know it was Shop N Drop they were talking about.

Jazzgal mentioned using her in her initial trip report about a month ago. Scroll back a few pages, check the trip reports and you will see mention of Shop-N-Drop/Jeannie.

Did her usual perfect job stocking my frig in November,....and mentioned in my Trip Report of November 6-20, 2016. Expecting the same for my upcoming trip.

I am guilty of not being active on this site as I used to... this of course is not on purpose. As many of you know my business is growing and of course my time is not growing in proportion hence i have not only been quiet here but on almost all social media...

I am still committed to providing the best service we possibly can provide in delivering your groceries and continue to dedicate my time in ensuring the quality of service is always maintained...

So I do hope you understand why you don’t see me much on any of the sites.

I don't usually do endorsements just because we all can have differences of opinions and different expectations of services but there are three SXM businesses that I have dealt with over many years that I find to be absolutely excellent to do business with in every way. I'm not suggesting there aren't others as well, but these are the people who have never let me down and whom I've never heard a bad word about from anyone I've suggested them to over a lot of people and trips.

In no particular order they would be Sharon Harris of QueenofSXM Cell Phone Rentals, Lesley Bruce of Kennys Car Rental company and lastly, Jeannie of Shop N Drop Grocery and the topic of this thread.

With regard to Jeannie, let me first say, I HATE SHOPPING IN ANY FORM so this service absolutely rocks for me. And, OMGoodness!! - I don't know how that young woman does what she does because hers is such a labor intensive and time consuming service, but I've been using her once or twice a year since she originally started servicing the grocery needs of SXM visitors and I've never yet had an error on my order yet but beyond that, it's her customer service that is over the top. I placed an order a week or so ago for an up-coming trip and had a question regarding an item and she went the extra mile to personally call me at home to make sure I would be satisfied with what I had ordered. What more can I say - her site is easy to navigate even for a computer illiterate such as I <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/duh.gif" alt="" />; her prices are there for all to see before ordering so there are no surprises; and she is just the sweetest and nicest person to do business with.
