I used to be able to see the ship names some where, but I can't seem to find it now. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The marinetraffic.com site will give you that information. Put Philipsburg Port SX in the search box,then click on Show on Map (towards the left, underneath the blue bar reading Port of Philipsburg). You'll see a depiction of all of the ships in port which are using an active AIS transponder. You can zoom in and out, and hover your mouse over any ship depiction to get the name.

I just put my curser on each ship on the map on the web cam and the names came up.

Yup, just checked and it worked fine. Saw "Eclipse" moored near SBR

Edited to add:
