Is there a Running Team/Group to join for practicing while for vacation in the BVIs? Maybe even for practicing short distances like half mile etc.?
Would be great if anybody can give me a hint ...

There are a couple of Facebook pages that may help you: BVI Runners and BVI Athletics Association. They actually have an active running community with frequent races, including the Deloitte/Ogier Sunrise BVI Half Marathon on December 3rd. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />
Kay Reddy is the contact. They do a lot at the track in Road Town.

The half marathon on 3 Dec marks the end of the racing season here (madness that we run through the summer.....). A group meets at the track every Tuesday morning and there is a brilliant run / yoga session every Thursday morning from Nanny Cay. Other than that people post on BVI Running Community about post work runs they are doing. If you go on there with the same question, you will probably get lots of responses. The BVI running community is so so friendly
