I just noticed a banner at the top of the TTOL page stating that Splash Jewelers sells Pandora jewelty. That might be the case now, but I doubt it. I had a problem in February at the Simpson Bay Resort store. They tried to sell me fake Pandora charms. I went to the Pandora store in Plillipsburg and spoke to the Padora sales rep. She stated that Splash had sold Pandora charms in the past but no longer had a contract to do so. She planned to follow up. Just want people to be careful.

How do you know if they are fake? Do they not have Pandora on the side? There are so many knock offs now I was just curious how you can tell.

The Pandora sales representative at the Pandora store told me that Splash no longer carried Pandora and whatever they were selling was not Pandora. Also Splash Jewelers tried to tell me that there was such thing as SXM Pandora charms, which is not true. I purchased several at Pandora in town.

Did he also tell you his diamonds were the best on the island? Wouldn't put a lot of trust in the statement.
We have been buying from Splash for over 20 years, and yes bought the wife a "real" Pandora bracelet full of Pandora charms from them. Trust me they were real.
The SXM charms that they are selling are the same local charms that everyone else is selling.

We also trust Splash and have been buying from them for years. I can't imagine that they would risk their reputation selling phony charms. I imagine that Pandora is very small ticket stuff on their bottom line.

Just stating my experience and info from the Pandora rep.

We have been shopping at Splash for close to 30 yrs, and always had first class merchandise and service.
