When we walked in this am a tractor was clearing out the brush growth along the fence and opening up the area where the volleyball court was. Posts and net down. Looks like expansion for more chairs.
Probably the nicest day so far. Waves have died down, nice breeze tho still hot, water is warmer than I remember.

More tractor work yesterday scraping away at the sand in volleyball area and to south. Word on the beach (rumor quality) is that some of the fence is going to come down and the bordering brush roots to be taken out. Yesterday there was walking room behind the single row of chairs and the fence south of the Perch. Much of the wider part of the beach is suitable for 2 rows, 3 would be friendly.
Great beach day, water clear, maybe just a tad cooler than prior day.

Good news from Club Orient. The Volleyball net should be up again by next week.
