We carry ours in, but, if Danny is there, he sometimes has chairs (not too many). It would be safer to take your own. Also, we don't walk over the hill from Friars with chairs. We walk in from Grand Case, road between basketball court and laundry.

We have never had a problem leaving our car at the Grand Case entrance. We leave nothing in it and leave it unlocked. That is what our rental guy says to do.

I'm not very good at estimating distances, but it takes about 10-15 mins to walk in.

At one point, there was someone that provided transportation to the beach by a small boat, by advance arrangement, from somewhere in Grand Case, I think. Does anyone know if you can still do that?

Waterfront guy @ GCBC took us over, $25 RT. Drop off and pick up later, small Boston Whaler.

I was told that the red boat called chocolate [censored] does. It's always up on shore between love and rainbow. Will check it out in November.

The boat seems like a better option for lazy people like me...
