The place seemed to be perfect this year with units in great shape,new beds and tvs and we didn't notice anything needing renovation.
I suppose they know what needs attention and perhaps they'll surprise us.
More sand on the beach would be nice.

They have re-opened. They spruced up the Perch and put new fences in the main parking lot. That'/ all i know for now.
