Dropping off/ Picking up passengers at Red Hook on October 30th, but being rabid Clemson Tiger Fans, we want to watch the Clemson-FSU game on October 29th (assuming night game). Any suggestions for a "sports bar" to view this game.

In Red Hook, Caribbean Saloon has a bunch of huge screens. Tap and Still is more intimate. Most of the bars there have sports showing. I can't help you with St. John, although we watched some Olympic events at the Revolution at Mongoose Junction on a huge screen.

420 on St. John has big screens, cheap drinks and big portions. Its a short walk to the ferry wharf. https://420stjohn.wordpress.com/Dog House Pub is another option. Some spots may put on Halloween parties that night. As always, its good to call ahead. Cheers, RickG

E:I have been given grief for teasing them about the 420 name. It evidently has to do with the Boston Red Socks, not THE 420. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Blush.gif" alt="" />

I watched a Super Bowl game at Island Time Pub a couple years ago, or most of one anyway. The island lost power due to all the sets in use...that was memorable...
Island Time Pub has probably less TVs, but better atmosphere IMO. Cheers. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" />
