Hi,

So we are coming in this February on the 11 pm Miami flight. (I know most people don't like it, but it's one of the few flights that gets us there the same day without getting up at 3 am!)

So - we are thinking about just staying at Mary's Boon for the night since it is so late - is there any problem getting a taxi that late at night? I know they may charge a higher rate. And would there be any problem checking in after midnight at Mary's Boon? I tried emailing them, but they haven't responded to my emails. Thanks for any and all help.

If there are any planes still due to come in, there will be taxis, yes. As far as checking in late, I'm sure they will work out something with you at Mary's Boon, probably involving a pre-payment of the room, to hold it for you. Did you check their website to see if they have any US number? Otherwise, it will only cost you maybe $2 to call them, even if you don't have a calling card.

Carol,

Thanks for the info. I did go ahead and call Mary's Boon (800 number) - late arrival is not a problem.

OK, good. Glad you got it settled.

By the way, I just learned something about Mary's Boon. They accept pets. I never knew that before. Not sure that I knew any places on the Dutch side that accepted pets, before this.

Thanks, Sungoddess - good to know! (Not that your suitcase got lost, but that you got a taxi <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Laugh.gif" alt="" />)

If there is a plane of any size, there will be taxis there.
