I don't know about the other Virgins, but on St Thomas, lots of bars have costume contests, especially in Red Hook.

St John is one big Halloween Party. Pretty much every bar has a party. Cruz bay is a blast.

We hit St John every year for Halloween. We'll be headed over Sunday after Foxy's Cat Fight. The parties are on Halloween night. As Jay said, there are parties all over Cruz Bay with multiple costume competitions. Mongoose Junction puts on trick or treating for the kids and has done a live band in the evening in the past. Skinny Legs in Coral Bay puts on a big party with live music and costume party.
