Just spent a few days reading all these recipe posts. Really enjoyed myself and copied a lot of recipes I overlooked in the past. Especially liked CaribbeanScouts pictures, Carols office party, Georgias great recipes, Contessas' and have to mention Peconic who seemed to rule the recipe posts LOL and many more. Miss some of the old posters that are no longer posting for whatever reason but brought back old memories. So, any new recipes out there some of you would like to share??

Hi there! I can't remember the last time I posted. I'm still cooking, more than ever. I was actually searching for my Indian meal that I made and came across your post. Flattered! Unfortunately during my hiatus, my beloved Scout passed away. Also, Peconic recently passed away.

Hi there, I never responded to your PM, just could not get through. If you are still cooking as I am, always looking for new recipes. The internet is there but some ideas from cooks that have tried recipes are always the best! Like Carol said in the post above, lets get this forum back going again!! I have always enjoyed this forum and for some reason it's been dead for a long while.
