You should call or check before you count on playing. Last two years in May we planned on a Sunday bingo playday and found a poker tournament upstaged most all of the week for bingo.
But when they do play the odds are usually pretty good of winning as the number of participants are usually not great.

Re Maho bingo, where is it held and is it safe to think it's open to anyone as opposed to Maho guests only? DH enjoys Bingo and would probably play if we had more details. They used to hold it one afternoon a week at the Towers but it was cancelled due to lack of participation. He played once at Caravanserai and for reasons I won't go into, he really enjoyed it there....... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Clapping.gif" alt="" />

I don't use the Casinos in SXM so not quite sure where the Royale Casino is? Do you mean the movie theater? Cineplex or whatever it is called?

Thank you, sxmmmmmmmm. Sounds like a far more formal game than the last time my husband played at the Caravanserai.

And for those who asked, regarding that last bingo night at the Caravanserai Timeshare - aka Alegria today....., not my story so my lips are forever sealed!! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />

Laurel, the Casino Royale is the casino at Maho - the one with valet parking and next do Cheri's.

Ok Pat, thanks! I wasn't sure what the theater was. Perhaps we will give BINGO a try in April!

Royals casino is in Maho next to Cheries just around the round about at the end of the runway ( go left to Sunset beach bar and right to the. Casino)
Free valet parting in the evening and under the stores across the street during the day, but free with validation)
If they play it is usually a good.
Yes,most of the players are local ladies, but all are welcome.

I know exactly where it is, thanks! I was just confused by it being next to a theater. We spend a lot of our time in Maho but don't really pay much attention to the names as we don't go to SXM to gamble! Would be fun if they were doing BINGO when we are there in April.

Laughing pretty good now Pat! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Another great memory from our time at Caravanserai and our time on SXM.

Someday we will be back on the island at the same time, and will have to find the DH and DW another bingo game.

Cheers,
Todd

And while they're doing that, we do wine and/or beer and/or rum? Right? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
